We love helping people and their plants thrive! Here are some of the questions we get asked regularly about plants and Weston Nurseries.
ONE-YEAR RETAIL PLANT WARRANTY
Our Promise to Our Customer: We want your landscape projects to be successful.
We guarantee our plants are true to name and in healthy condition at time of purchase.
We supply the highest quality plant material, and we stand behind our products.
Our sales staff is qualified to assist and help you with options for the area you describe.
Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for being aware of important information like sun/shade, drainage, soil
type, etc. or asking our sales team when seeking assistance with plant selection. The customer must follow our planting and watering guidelines. Please ask our staff for a copy or
visit our website, www.westonnurseries.com. The customer will properly care for the plant based on the plant’s individual needs and will seek help
from Weston Nurseries as needed.
The One -Year Limited Warranty: The vast majority of problems with new plantings arise within the first 90 days.
Customers must give the plant adequate opportunity to break winter dormancy. Weston Nurseries
reserves the right to require that a plant be cared for until June 1st before a final determination is
made. If all attempts to rehabilitate the plant have failed, including sending a horticultural expert to visit your
home to inspect the plant in question, Weston Nurseries will replace the plant. The retail warranty compensates the customer for covered plant failures for one year from the date
of purchase or from the date of installation if Weston Nurseries installed the plant. The plant can be replaced with the same plant being warrantied. The customer is able to select a
different size plant or a different plant all together when available. If the customer cannot find the
same plant, the customer will receive a warranty credit for the purchase price of the warrantied plant. Delivery fees or labor fees are not refunded or credited. Customers who paid for these services in
the original transaction will receive the same service for free for the replacement plant.
How To Initiate Your Claim: To initiate a claim, please email us photos at the first sign of trouble so that we have the opportunity
to discuss the care methods that could save the plant. Please include your first and last name and phone number. You can send your photos to the email
address of the store closest to you:
A claim can also be initiated in person at any of our retail locations. Please be sure to have photos to
show our horticultural experts. The customer must include in the email or have a copy of their receipt if they are not part of the
Customer Appreciation Program (CAP).
